Lisa Gilbert, local historian and author, wears many hats. One of them is costume historian. It is with that hat on that she will speak about how to identify the age of a photograph by looking at the clothes in the picture. She will give a thumbnail sketch of 19th and earlier 20th century clothing, and provide some resources for you to sleuth out the approximate date of a photograph with people in it.
