Her presentation identifies several Kent County diaries, the value of diaries, and how to use them for your own research.
Bio: Catharine Wilson, retired History Professor, University of Guelph, is the Founder and Director of the Rural Diary Archive, https://ruraldiaries.lib.uoguelph.ca/. Her award-winning book, “Being Neighbours,” the study of quilting and barn-raising bees, appeared in Fall 2022 published by McGil-Queen’s University Press.
